What should I send first?
A brief description, the location and the dates that matter. Let us know which drawings, photographs and records are available. We can discuss the next document request after the initial review.
Can you review a matter after repairs are complete?
Tell us what remains available. Dated photographs, plans, repair records and correspondence may help establish the historical record. The available evidence determines the scope and limitations of any review.
Do you consider matters outside Oʻahu?
KMF considers Hawaiʻi and Guam inquiries. Travel, site access, timing and jurisdictional requirements are reviewed before an assignment is accepted.
How are fees established?
Fees follow the agreed scope, records, investigation requirements and deliverables. A written proposal is provided before work begins.
